Steve Novodor is a National Champion Coach for the Junior Bulldogs. Prior to joining the Bulldogs, Coach Novodor spent numerous seasons in the Junior Bobcats/Wolf Pack organization, coaching at the Pee-Wee, Bantam, and Midget levels. In 2013 , Coach Novodor led his team to the USA Hockey U16 National Championship game, falling just short against the Chicago Mission and returned in and 2017 to bring home the championship.

In addition to his work at the youth hockey level, Coach Novodor also is an Assistant Coach at Loomis Chaffee Prep School, helping build the Pelicans into the powerhouse that they currently are. He also serves as a scout for the USHL Central Scouting, the only Tier 1 Junior Hockey League in the United States.
Jon Bellonio is a coach for the Junior Bulldogs Midget Progeam , serving as a coach of the U-16 Tier 1 Split Season team. Coach Bellonio has extensive experience throughout prep, junior, and college hockey. From 2011-2014, Bellonio spent three years as an assistant coach at Wesleyan College. Prior to joining the Cardinals, Coach Bellonio spent time in the USHL as a coach for the Lincoln Stars. He also coached in the EJHL with the Philadelphia Revolution and began his career as an Assistant Coach at South Kent Prep School.
Jon has exceptional coaching experience at all levels and does remarkable job connecting with, developing, and motivating players to help them reach their full potential on and off the ice.
Anthony is currently the President of the Central Connecticut Youth Hockey organization and has served in this capacity for more than 22 years. Anthony has had a tremendous impact on youth hockey in the state of Connecticut guiding thousands of players and families through their youth hockey journey. Anthony played hockey at American International College.
Luke Curadi currently serves as Director of Player Personnel for the United States Hockey League, where he is responsible for supervision of USHL Development Series Youth Tournaments/Combines and USHL Central Scouting staff. Luke is also a scout for the NHL Arizona Coyotes, primarily identifying and evaluating NHL Prospects at the Amateur ranks in the United States. Curadi is an asset to players and families alike, with his ability to effectively communicate various routes that players can take to achieve their hockey and academic goals. Luke has playing experience at the professional, NCAA D1 levels and was a USHL Clark Cup Champion with the Dubuque Fighting Saints in 2011.
Cortney is the Athletic Director at Kent School and teaches AP Chemistry. A graduate of Wesleyan University, Cortney was a four-year starter in both field hockey and lacrosse. Her senior year she was elected co-captain of her field hockey squad and was honored as a national All-American. She graduated from Wesleyan University with a double major in biology and neuroscience.
Dillon is currently an independent educational consultant. Prior to consulting, he was an Associate Director of Admissions at Kent School and the Co-Director of Admissions at South Kent School.
Dillon began his coaching career at South Kent School (2008-09) working as the Head Coach of the Varsity hockey team, and went on to serve as an Assistant Coach of South Kent Schools Prep hockey team. Dillon then coached the inaugural (2011-12) Selects Academy at South Kent School team working with Head Coach, Devin Rask, and continued to do so for 7 years. During his time coaching at South Kent School, Dillon, coached, recruited, and/or developed more than 70 Division 1 ice hockey players, more than 15 NHL Draft Picks, and 6 current NHL players.
Dillon started his playing career at South Kent School, where he served as a captain leading the team to their first New England Prep School ice hockey championship. After South Kent, he went on to play for the Lincoln Stars in the USHL before playing for Mercyhurst College. After college, Dillon played in Germany for the Landshut Cannibals (Bundesliga), and TEV Miesbach (Oberliga).
Will is currently the Assistant Coach for boys varsity hockey at Canterbury School. Will played hockey at Sacred Heart University.
Mike currently plays professional ice hockey for the Indy Fuel of the ECHL and the Hartford Wolfpack of the American Hockey League. Previously Mike played college hockey for the University of Vermont and Sacred Heart University.
Eric currently plays for the mens ice hockey team at the University of New Hampshire.
Frank is currently coaching the boys U16 at Yale Youth Hockey. Previously, Frank played at Nichols College and for the Fayetteville FireAnts in the SPHL.
Craig is the ATC for the Mount St Charles U14, U15, U16, and U18 Tier 1 AAA program.
